Are the workers legal to employ?
Yes. We handle work permits, visas and renewals end to end, so every worker we place is fully documented and your business stays compliant.
How long does it take to get workers?
It depends on the roles and headcount, but once we understand your needs we move quickly. A short call is enough to start, and we'll give you a realistic timeline straight away.
What does it cost?
Two simple fees: a one-time ฿3,000 placement fee per worker hired, and ฿1,000 per worker per month while they stay employed (which includes the payroll app and our support). No hidden costs — see the pricing section for details.
What if a worker doesn't work out?
If a worker leaves within the first 30 days, we replace them free of charge. We also stay close after placement, so issues get resolved early.
Do you only work with restaurants and construction?
Those are our main areas, but we also place housekeeping, hotel support and general staff. If you're on Koh Samui and need reliable workers, just ask.
